Advance your career as a Cash Management and Bank Operations Senior Analyst in our Queretaro office . The objective of the Cash Management and Bank Operations Senior Analyst is to oversee and execute diverse cash management activities, including daily bank operations, accounting processes, and supervising bank reconciliations. This role ensures timely processing of bank transactions, confirms month-end closures, and reconciles bank accounts promptly. The Senior Analyst provides consistent support to the Treasury team, performs Sarbanes Oxley Testing, participates in external financial audits, and delivers required information to external vendors. Adherence to F&A policies, GAAP, SOX, corporate tax structures, and SLAs is a key responsibility, along with effectively managing stress. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Bank Operations and Accounting Oversee daily bank operations and manage accounting processes. Supervise the bank reconciliation process. Timely Processing and Month-End Closures Ensure timely processing of all bank transactions. Confirm month-end activities are closed on time and bank accounts are reconciled promptly. Collaboration and Partnership Partner with Treasury Management and Accounting teams, including Controller groups. Work collaboratively across IES and BU peers to understand and identify end-to-end process connections. Process Enhancement and Implementation Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements. Drive a culture of continuous improvement to enhance process and system capabilities. Compliance and Reporting Perform Sarbanes Oxley Testing (e.g., Section 404) and participate in statutory external financial audits. Deliver information to external vendors related to legal, tax, and statutory offices. Adherence to Policies and SLAs Ensure consistent application of F&A policies, including GAAP, SOX, and corporate tax structures. Commit to and deliver against process-related SLAs/KPIs. Stress Management and Deadline Adherence Manage multiple deadlines and work within tight timeframes. Maintain the ability to deal effectively with stress. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Degree in Accounting or Finance. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
