Segoso Mexico, a Monterrey Call Center, is currently searching for a Chat Agent. Successful candidates will be customer-focused team players who are dependable, detailed multi-taskers, and have strong communication skills. We are seeking motivated individuals that will learn quickly. Qualified candidates must have: - Chat experience - Excellent Grammar - Great customer treatment background - More than 45 Words per minute - Automotive experience or car brand knowledge is a significant plus - Strong Attendance and punctuality track record - Schedules from 6am to 11pm (8 hrs shift) or graveyard 2 days off. - 100% on site. We offer: - Paid Training - Hourly pay + monthly bonus - Paid Time Off - Benefits above the law like major medical insurance, p antry vouchers, saving funds etc. - 12 vacations days per year, but after 6 months of tenure you can start enjoying your partial days activated according to your tenure. - 15 days of aguinaldo - Checks, drug screening required.
