About the Job As a Customer Support Specialist at KI Industries Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our existing customer base by working closely with various internal departments to process customer requests and resolve issues. You will have the chance to manage data and systems to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements and new opportunities, involving exciting projects and challenges that streamline our customer service operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a rapidly evolving industry. Responsibilities Serve as the Account Manager for assigned KI customers, as designated by your manager. Support the Sales Team on assigned accounts to ensure exceptional customer service. Facilitate communication of pertinent customer quotes, new parts, project information, changes, quality issues, problems, and status updates between sales, quote team, engineering, operations, quality control, finance, and all related departments. Communicate with and support plants and assigned customer accounts on an ongoing basis via telephone, mail, and electronic media to answer customer inquiries and resolve issues. Manage data in IQMS, Quick Base CRM, and SharePoint to ensure the smooth processing of customer requirements. Perform duties and activities as outlined in KI’s processes: Customer Communication KP1, RFQ KP2, and New Version RFQ KP2.2. Organize sample submission and PPAP activities. Handle contract review activities. Process customer corrective actions. Perform other sales team duties as assigned by your manager. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand engineering concepts. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes utilized by KI Industries. Proficiency in CRM software, including Salesforce, and ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in Spanish and English. Education B.S in Engineering or Business with technical aptitude Powered by JazzHR
