Your primary focus will be on exceeding both individual and team gross profit (GP) goals. Responsibilities: Employ market research and lead qualification techniques to identify and target high-potential customers, demonstrating the benefits of ASTUTE's value-added services. Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals. Identify customer needs and apply the company's value proposition for sales growth and profitability. Qualify opportunities, ensure supplier selection and pricing while monitoring market trends. Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience. Own pricing decisions within your territory, negotiating effectively to optimize sales performance and achieve targets. Maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual GP targets. Requirements: Passionate and results-driven attitude. Proactive in conducting high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and build a sales pipeline. Strong interpersonal skills to nurture relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales with confidence and the resilience to handle objections. Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit. High school degree or equivalent.
