Responsibilities:• Monitor MLS listings for potential properties to evaluate.• Evaluate a large number of emails containing potential properties.• Analyze real estate market trends and conduct research to provide insights for investment opportunities and risk assessment.• Prepare proformas to support decision-making processes for real estate acquisitions and investments.• Evaluate property valuation and potential returns.• Prepare and send offers on potential properties.• Maintain a high level of organization. Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in real estate industry.• Strong underwriting experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills.• Experience with Bright MLS or similar MLS systems.• Experience with 'off-market' real estate transactions.
